About Us
Our Story
We have been married for 13 years but have know each other since elementary school. We started our food truck journey in 2024, when we purchased the food trailer. Admittingly - we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into.
Anthony has a passion for cooking and has been in the industry for 20+ years. His love for food and cooking, and garrulously talking about them non-stop, and maybe eating some along the way, has finally made his dreams come true - owning his own business. He still continues to manage the hospital cafeteria full time, loves to golf, and watching the girls play softball and soccer.
Tiffany also continues to work full time as a paralegal and office manager, running the kids around, teaching Sunday school, and being a confirmation faith guide during the school year, and just to top it off loves coaching both girls soccer teams in the summer.
We hope to build our company with a little love, some fun, a maybe just a few tears, so that we will have something amazing to pass along to our girls one day.
